Failure to follow the return policy may delay processing your return request or void refunds all together.

Return - Cancellation Policy: If you are unhappy with your purchase, you may return any purchased item in its original condition and packaging within 30 days. All products returned for ANY reason MUST have an RMA number (Return Material Authorization). The 30 day time frame begins when you receive your order. After 30 days, NO REFUNDS are issued NO REFUNDS are issued for used merchandise returns. Returns must be postmarked or shipped back to us NO LATER than the 30th day from the date you received your product(s). Please state the reason the goods are to be returned.

Guarantees: All items are guaranteed to be free from manufacturing defects when received. If the product you purchased is damaged, defective or items are missing, we will replace at our cost. You may be required to show photos of broken pieces so appropriate replacement parts can be shipped out. We will pay for return shipping and replacement shipping for a period of 30 days from the original purchase date.
